Booking and Cancellation Policy Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC

The following Terms and Conditions govern the booking and cancellation of yacht charters arranged through Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the "Client" means the individual or group that confirms the reservation and undertakes the yacht charter.
Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC acts as a brockage agency on behalf of the Client to secure yacht reservations and ensure the highest possible level of service. Our commitment is always to represent the Client's best interests while working with carefully selected yacht operators. We continuously monitor service quality, safety standards, and customer feedback. Where we determine that quality or safety standards do not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to improve, suspend, or remove the relevant service from our offerings.

RESERVATION FEE (INITIAL PAYMENT)
The Reservation Fee (the "Initial Payment") is due at the time of booking. Payment of the Reservation Fee is required to secure the reservation of the selected yacht (boat), together with the agreed charter date, departure time, and yacht operator. Until the Reservation Fee has been received, the requested yacht and charter schedule cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
Upon receipt of the Reservation Fee, Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC will issue a Booking Confirmation Voucher to the Client via the email address or WhatsApp number provided during the booking process. The Booking Confirmation Voucher will confirm the reserved yacht, charter date, departure time, and other relevant booking details.
The Reservation Fee is a one-time payment made to Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC in consideration for its booking and reservation services, including processing the Client's booking request, arranging the reservation with the yacht operator, and securing the selected yacht for the agreed date and time. Payment instructions for the Reservation Fee will be provided at the time of booking.
  • The Reservation Fee applies only to the yacht selected at the time of booking. If the Client later decides to change to a different yacht, the previously paid Reservation Fee cannot be transferred to the new yacht and is non-refundable. A new Reservation Fee will be required for the newly selected yacht.
  • The Charter Fee and Port Fee (the "Second Payment") represent the remaining balance of the yacht charter price. This payment must be made directly to the yacht operator in cash at the port before boarding on the day of departure. The Charter Fee and Port Fee are collected solely by the yacht operator and are not received or processed by Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC.
  • The charter period begins at the departure time specified in the Booking Confirmation Voucher. If the Client arrives late, the yacht will wait whenever reasonably possible; however, no refund, extension of charter time, or compensation will be provided for late arrivals.

WEATHER AND OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
  • If the yacht charter is cancelled due to weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the yacht (including hurricanes, lightning storms, or tornadoes), or for any other reason by Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC or the yacht operator, the Client may either reschedule the charter or receive a full refund of the Reservation Fee within three (3) days.
  • Weather conditions such as rain, cloudy skies, wind, hot temperatures, strong sunshine, or the possibility of thunderstorms are not considered valid grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund of the Reservation Fee unless the yacht operator determines that operating the yacht is unsafe.
  • No refund of either the Reservation Fee or the Charter Fee will be provided if snorkeling activities cannot take place due to weather conditions.
  • Itineraries discussed by email or other means prior to the charter date are preliminary and remain subject to change due to tides, weather, sea conditions, wind, port authority restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC accepts no liability for such itinerary changes. Changes to the itinerary do not constitute a cancellation. If the Client cancels the reservation due to an itinerary change, the cancellation will be treated as a Client Cancellation.

CLIENT CANCELLATION
  • If the Client cancels the yacht charter for any personal reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, unexpected medical conditions, government obligations (such as jury duty, court appearances, or military service), travel advisories, government guidance, or the cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the yacht was booked, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
  • If the Client cancels the yacht reservation due to airline delays, airline cancellations, missed flights, or weather-related issues affecting either the departure or arrival airport, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
  • No refund of either the Reservation Fee or the Charter Fee will be provided if the yacht charter ends earlier than scheduled due to the Client experiencing seasickness, dizziness, or requesting an early return.
  • No refund of the Reservation Fee will be provided in the event of a no-show. If the Client fails to arrive for the scheduled charter, the Reservation Fee will not be refunded.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
The charterer and guests assume all risk of injury or loss while on board and agree to release and indemnify the broker agency Worlwide yacht rentals LLC from any liability or claim arising out of participation in the charter, except in cases of proven negligence.

TERMINATION OF VOYAGE
The captain has full authority to terminate the charter early without refund in the event of behavior deemed unsafe or illegal by the charter party.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Charterer and all guests acknowledge that boating, swimming, snorkeling, and use of water toys involve inherent risks, including injury or death. By proceeding with the yacht reservation, the Charterer voluntarily assumes all such risks on behalf of themselves and their guests.
The Charterer agrees to release and hold harmless the Broker agency Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the charter, including injuries or death, except those resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If your Boat charter is cancelled due to the weather conditions (hurricane, lightning storm or tornado) or any other reasons by WorldWide Yacht Rentals LLC You may reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the Reservation Fee within 3 days.
  • Rain, cloudy, windy, too sunny, thunderstorm or too hot are not constitute grounds for yacht cancellation, rescheduling or reservation fee refund.
  • If you cancel the yacht charter for any reasons of your own (unexpected disease, illness or injury, government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties, travel advisories or other government guidance, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the yacht reservation was made) the reservation fee is not refundable.
  • If you cancel your yacht reservation due to airlines/or weather-related issues at either port of departure or port of arrival, reservation fee is not refundable.
  • No refunds if the yacht charter ends earlier because of: the client gets seasick or dizzy during the tour or at the request of the client.
  • No refunds if the client was unable to do snorkeling activity due to the weather conditions.
  • No refunds for no-shows. If you fail to show, then your charter experience will be considered complete and your charter fee will be forfeited.
