Booking and cancellation policy of a private chef on a yacht in Cancun
If you decided to go with a private chef on a boat in Cancun, we have simple booking and cancellation rules.
When you want to book a service of a private chef on a yacht in Cancun, we ask 100 USD reservation fee to book the chef, date and time.
5 days before the departure date we will request 30-50% prepayment for food purchasing. The remaining balance should be paid in cash to the boat operator at the departure time.
If the client decides to cancel the services or yacht reservation by any reasons of his own, reservation fee for chef and food purchasing is NOT refundable.
When we proceed with full refund:
If your yacht reservation is cancelled because the port is closed by Maritima of Mexico and it is not allowed to navigate in the Sea.
If your boat reservation is cancelled by Worldwide Yacht Rentals LLC due to mechanical problem of the yacht and we can't offer you similar option.
When you want to book a service of a private chef on a yacht in Cancun, we ask 100 USD reservation fee to book the chef, date and time.
