Payment Policy of Cancun Yacht Charter Rental
Cancellation Policy of Cancun Yacht Charter Rental
- First payment (reservation fee) is $150 USD should be made on the day when you book the Yacht Charter. When the first payment is received, Cancunboats T&T will send you the Voucher of Booking confirmation on your e-mail or WhatsApp number.
- Remaining payment of the rental price of the Yacht Charter will be made at the check-in at the sailing day.
Cancellation Policy of Cancun Yacht Charter Rental
- If your Yacht charter is cancelled due to the weather conditions or any other reason by CancunBoats You may reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the deposit within 3 days with only a small 5% fee to cover our credit card fees.
- You may cancel your Yacht charter anytime up to 21 days before the trip with 50% fee. In this case Cancunboats T&T will refund you 50% of the first payment of the reservation fee.
- If you cancel your Yacht charter less than 20 days before the charter date for any reasons of you own ( "I don't want to go to", I changed my mind", "The weather is not that good as I expect" etc..) reservation fee is not refundable. *Exception is, if you get sick and receive a medical certificate of illness from a Doctor, CancunBoats could possibly reschedule your booked Yacht Charter.
