Ground transportation

Yes sure we offer ground transportation to our clients if they made a yacht reservation with us.

We work with reputable transportation company in Cancun. We only offer private transfers, not shared. Once you make the reservation of the yacht, let us know, if you want to add ground transportation to your yacht reservation. Let us know where you will be staying in, so we can give you the cost for transportation. We charge for a van, not per person. The price of the transportation depends on the distance from the hotel to the port of departure.
Normally we do out transfers on the vans: Mercedes Sprinters or Wolkswagen Transporter with max capacity 19 and 13 people.
Also as an option you can use public transportation in Cancun to get to the marina; Uber, Taxi from the hotel.

Booking and Cancellation Policy of the ground transportation

You can add ground transportation to your yacht reservation any time, if we have availability of the vans. Normally we ask to add the transportation not later than 3 days before the departure date.
You don't need to make prepayment for the transportation. You pay for the transportation when you will be brought to the marina.
If you made the reservation of the transportation and cancelled at the last minute, we will ask you for 50% penalty of the cost of the transportation.
You can cancel your transportation without any penalty any time, but not later than 24 hours before the pick up time.
