When it's 4 hours rent, the departure time can be at 9:00 am or 3:00 pm. You will start your Private Yacht Charter from the Marina in Puerto Aventuras.
Your first stop will be at Inah reef. Visit one of the most beautiful natural reefs at the Riviera Maya sailing onboard private and comfortable Yacht that offers all you need to have a unique experience.
Inah reef is located near to the coast between Playa del Carmen and Xpu Ha. There you will find corals and reefs with different colors and shapes as well as a wide variety of marine species including Sting rays and turtles.
After this you will go to La Caleta, this is the place of calm blue crystal waters of the Caribbean sea of the Riviera Maya. There you will jump off the yacht, swim and enjoy your beautiful day in sunny Mexico. Tulum Boat Charter Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policy of Yacht Charter Rental
- Reservation fee (first payment) is 500 USD should be made on the day when you book the Yacht Charter with the Boat Operator. When the first payment is received, you will receive voucher of booking confirmation on your e-mail or WhatsApp number.
- Charter fee (second payment) will be made to the Boat Operator at the check-in at the sailing day at the Port. It can be paid in cash or with your credit/debit card. Processing fee is 5,5% if you pay by credit or debit card.
- The reservation fee is applied against the selected yacht only. If you later choose to select another yacht instead, the previously paid reservation fee can not be transferred to that newly selected yacht and is not refunded. You will have to pay a new reservation fee for the newly selected yacht in this case.
- Your charter time begins promptly at the beginning of your time mentioned in the voucher with booking confirmation. If you fail to arrive on time, the vessel will be waiting for you. No refunds or extra time will be authorized for late arrivals.
- No refunds for no-shows. If you fail to show, then your charter experience will be considered complete and your charter fee will be forfeited.
- No refunds if the yacht charter ends earlier because of: the client gets seasick or dizzy during the tour or at the request of the client.
- No refunds if the client was unable to do snorkeling activity due to the weather conditions.
- If you cancel the yacht charter for any reasons of your own (unexpected disease, illness or injury, government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties, travel advisories or other government guidance, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the yacht reservation was made) the reservation fee is not refundable.
