When you rent 51ft Flybridge yacht for 9 hours from the marina Puerto Aventuras
You will start your Private Yacht Charter from the Marina that is located in the Riviera Maya. After leaving the port, you will go to the island of Cozumel, which is famous for its underwater world and the world's second largest coral reef with a length of over 700 km.
Your trip to Cozumel island will be 1h 45min. Along the way, we will stop at a coral reef for snorkeling. Our team on the yacht will give you all the equipment for snorkeling and you will go to explore the underwater world of the coral reef, where large fish and sea turtles will swim next to you.
On a yacht near the coast of Cozumel island, everyone will find something to do like dancing on the yacht, jumping off the yacht into clear waters of the Caribbean sea, reading a book on the deck of a yacht or going for a walk on an incredibly beautiful island, surrounded by coconut trees. Lunch on the yacht can be ordered through the captain of the yacht or in one of the restaurants in Cozumel island.

Booking Policy of the Boat Rental in Tulum
By proceeding with the yacht reservation you accept Booking and Cancellation policy.
- Reservation fee (first payment) is 50% of the Total rental Price should be made on the day when you book the Yacht Charter with the Boat Operator. When the first payment is received, you will receive the contract with Booking confirmation on your e-mail or WhatsApp number.
- Remaining payment 50% of the rental price of the Boat Charter (second payment) will be made at the check-in at the sailing day at the Port. The remaining part of the payment can be paid Cash or with your credit/debit card. Processing fee is 5% if you pay by credit or debit card.
- The reservation fee is applied against the selected yacht only. If you later choose to select another yacht instead, the previously paid reservation fee cannot be transferred to that newly selected yacht and is not refunded. You will have to pay a new reservation fee for the newly selected yacht in this case.
- Your charter time begins promptly at the beginning of your time mentioned in the voucher with booking confirmation. If you fail to arrive on time, the vessel will be waiting for you, but No refunds or extra time will be authorized for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy of the Boat Rental in Tulum
By proceeding with the yacht reservation you accept Booking and Cancellation policy.
- If your Boat charter is cancelled due to the weather conditions (hurricane, lightning storm or tornado) or any other reasons by the Boat Operator you may reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the Reservation Fee within 5 days.
- Rain, cloudy, windy, too sunny, thunderstorm or too hot are not constitute grounds for yacht cancellation, rescheduling or reservation fee refund.
- If you cancel the yacht charter for any reasons of your own (unexpected disease, illness or injury, government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties, travel advisories or other government guidance, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the yacht reservation was made) the reservation fee is not refundable.
- If you cancel your yacht reservation due to airlines/or weather-related issues at either port of departure or port of arrival, reservation fee is not refundable.
- No refunds if the yacht charter ends earlier because of: the client gets seasick or dizzy during the tour or at the request of the client.
- No refunds if the client was unable to do snorkeling activity due to the weather conditions.
- No refunds for no-shows. If you fail to show, then your charter experience will be considered complete and your charter fee will be forfeited.
