Riviera Maya Catamaran Charter Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policy of Catamaran Charter Rental
- Reservation fee (first payment) is 30% of the Total rental Price should be made on the day when you book the Catamaran Charter with the Catamaran Operator. When the first payment is received, you will receive the contract with Booking confirmation on your e-mail or WhatsApp number.
- Remaining payment 70% of the rental price of the Catamaran Charter (second payment) will be made at the check-in at the sailing day at the Port to the Boat Operator. The remaining part of the payment can be paid Cash or with your credit/debit card. Processing fee is 10% if you pay by credit or debit card.
- The reservation fee is applied against the selected catamaran only. If you later choose to select another yacht instead, the previously paid reservation fee cannot be transferred to that newly selected yacht/catamaran and is not refunded. You will have to pay a new reservation fee for the newly selected yacht/catamaran in this case.
- Your charter time begins promptly at the beginning of your time mentioned in the voucher with booking confirmation. If you fail to arrive on time, the vessel will be waiting for you. No refunds or extra time will be authorized for late arrivals.
- No refunds for no-shows. If you fail to show, then your charter experience will be considered complete and your charter fee will be forfeited.
- If you cancel the catamaran charter for any reasons of your own (unexpected disease, illness or injury, government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties, travel advisories or other government guidance, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the yacht reservation was made) the reservation fee is not refundable.
- No refunds if the yacht charter ends earlier because of: the client gets seasick or dizzy during the tour or at the request of the client.
- No refunds if the client was unable to do snorkeling activity due to the weather conditions.
